Liz Finnerty, MA, SpEd, OTR/L
Founder + Director

Liz is the Founder and Director of The Launch Station. She is an occupational therapist, certified in Sensory Integration.

Liz is trained in the following listening programs: Advanced Therapeutic Listening, The Listening Program (bone conduction), and Samonas. She also uses other programs such as Handwriting Without Tears, Zoo-phonics, and Processing and Cognitive Enhancement (PACE).

Aishah Muhammad-Flissinger, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Aishah has been a practicing pediatric OT since 2003 and is certified in sensory integration. Aishah also has training in Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) Method, Rhythmic Movement Training, Handwriting Without Tears, Therapeutic Listening, The Listening Program, SCERTS, Social Thinking, and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI).

Minal Dhanak, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Minal graduated from CSU Dominguez Hills in 2005. She worked for 5 years in an early intervention transdisciplinary setting with a strong focus on floortime/DIR approach. She has completed several sensory integration trainings, as well as trainings in infant mental health and The Listening Program.

Minal has trained mental health professionals and head staff in sensory integration and sensory strategies. Her interest in primitive reflex integration peaked in 2009, which she then decided to pursue trainings in the RMT and Musgatova method. Later, she attended a 4-part postgraduate training at the Institute of Neurophysiological Psychology in Chester, UK and became licensed in the INPP method of primitive reflex integration.

Minal is most known for traveling. She recently returned from a 6-month sabbatical where she traveled to many places across the globe, like Kenya, Sri Lanka, and England. If she's away for more than 5 days, it usually means she's out of the country!


Sada Alvarez, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Sada graduated from Elizabethtown College, PA and has been practicing pediatric OT for 15 years experience. She specializes in feeding and swallowing (SWC) and is a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

She also works at UCLA in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics, and High Risk Infant Follow Up Clinic.

Sada has additional training in sensory integration, primitive reflex integration, handwriting, and neurodevelopment treatment.

Sada is bilingual in English & Spanish.

Denise Curtis
Office/Billing Assistant

Denise attended Fresno State and has worked in school finances and medical billing for over 11 years.

She recently completed her Postpartum Doula training and is currently enrolled in the certification course with Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA).

Denise loves to travel and takes as many weekend road trips as possible. She's a typical LA girl...always at the beach or finding new hiking trails to explore.
